“Even on days when it is hard, I just get up and let myself know that I will come back to it tomorrow”
Cat Corchardo

A little bit about Cat:

Cat is a National Consultant and Trainer with the Women Veterans Network (WoVeN).  She is an advocate and champion for all women veterans and helps them to navigate the transition process from active duty to civilian.  Prior to her position with WoVeN, Cat retired  from the US Air Force . In addition, Cat has spent over 37 years in the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor.  In October 2020, Cat launched her podcast Sisters-in-Service – Conversations for and about female veterans. Going from being in the air force to personal training and now a podcaster- that sounds like quite a journey.
